CHOPPED <br />GARLIC PASTE - 1 TSP <br />CURRY LEAVES <br />CUMIN SEEDS - 1 TBSP <br />TURMERIC POWDER - 1/2 TSP <br />RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TSP <br />CORIANDER POWDER 1/2 TSP <br />GARAM MASALA POWDER - 1/2 TSP <br />HINGS - 2 PINCH <br />CORIANDER LEAVES <br /> <br />METHOD: <br />-heat the oil in a pan <br />-put cumin seeds and curry leaves. <br />-put green chillies.saute it. <br />-add onions,fry till light brown. <br />-add garlic paste <br />-add tomato saute it for 2 minutes. <br />-put turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder. <br />-add potatos and cauliflower. <br />-put water and cover and cook for 5 minutes. <br />-Add garam masala powder and coriander leaves. <br />- serve hot with chapati
